Advocating Classical Education at the University of Roehampton
On the 21st of June, come and join us at the University of Roehampton for a day dedicated to the teaching of Classics.
This event is aimed at Head teachers, Heads of Departments and GCSE and A-Level teachers from any discipline who would like to offer Classical Civilisation/ Ancient History to their students with our support. During the course of the afternoon, we will outline the benefits of studying the ancient world while providing practical advice on how to apply for funding and obtain continued professional support for your school. |

We are trying to assess the impact of Classics after the classroom. In what way you feel that a background in Classics was to your current professional situation, how your career has benefited from a Classics degree, which particular skills, gained and developed during the Classics degree, are an important part of your professional life. To help us in this mission we only ask for five minutes of your time to fill our survey, as well as sharing it with your Classics colleagues. |
